Adrian Portelli is planning his next retail play, unveiling a proposed national barber chain combining discounted member haircuts, coffee and exotic car gatherings.
Concept renders show the first Barber Club powered by LMCT+ is expected to open beside Mr Portelli’s upcoming supermarket at Deer Park within eight weeks.
The venture with barber Jordan Tabakman is the latest addition to Mr Portelli’s growing retail footprint, following his moves into discounted fuel and groceries.

Mr Tabakman revealed on Instagram the Deer Park outlet would be the first of several planned across Australia.
“Looks like we’re opening a lot more barber shops nationally,” Mr Tabakman said.
“Adrian and I open the doors in eight weeks to The Barber Club powered by LMCT+ in Deer Park next door to the supermarket.
“The first of many to come around Australia.”

LMCT+ also confirmed plans for the national rollout on social media.
“Taking on one industry at a time,” the company said.
“Starting with our Deer Park store we’ll be plugging on a barber shop as well for the lads to get discounted member cuts.
“A nationwide rollout of LMCT+ and Barber Club shops has commenced.”

Concept renders show a luxury-style fit-out featuring polished stone floors, oversized mirrors, neon pink and blue branding and rows of barber chairs.
An adjoining LMCT+ Coffee window also forms part of the proposed venue.
The plans extend beyond haircuts, with the Deer Park site also promoted as the home of monthly “Fades & Flippys” exotic car meets.
Another render depicts crowds surrounding Lamborghinis, Ferraris and other luxury vehicles outside the proposed supermarket and Barber Club precinct.
The pair also appeared to sign the business deal in unconventional fashion.

Mr Tabakman posted a photograph of himself shirtless on a bed while signing paperwork, with Mr Portelli standing behind him.
“Last photo is genuinely how we signed the biz deal,” he said.
The proposed barber chain would become the latest arm of Mr Portelli’s push to expand LMCT+ beyond its online membership program and prize giveaways.
Earlier this year he opened the first LMCT+ members-only petrol station in Preston, attracting large crowds with discounted fuel while flagging plans for a national network.

Mr Portelli is also converting the former IGA supermarket on Hatchlands Drive at Deer Park into the first LMCT+ supermarket, where members paying the company’s $99 annual fee are expected to receive discounted groceries.
Mr Portelli grew up in nearby St Albans and has previously spoken about working at a Bi-Lo supermarket before building his business empire.
He became a household name through his high-profile purchases on The Block, including buying all five homes at the program’s 2024 auction for more than $15 million.

His television profile also received another boost this year through Seven’s My Reno Rules, which finished its debut season with a season-high audience of 718,000 viewers and averaged almost 800,000 national viewers across its opening four consolidated episodes.
Prices for member haircuts and locations for future Barber Club outlets have not been announced.
But with discounted fuel, supermarkets and now barber shops forming part of the blueprint, Mr Portelli’s latest venture suggests LMCT+ members could soon be able to fill the car, buy the groceries and get a haircut under the one brand.
