Former TV chef is rolling the dice for the third time on a $3.3 million play.
Former television chef Pete Evans and his wellness advocate wife Nicola Robinson have relisted their Northern Rivers business retreat.
The Byrrill Creek rainforest property consists of a main house plus seven cabins, which they have run as Evolve Sanctuary.
It has been offered for a third consecutive year, after two presumed sales did not get to settlement.
The latest price guidance from Shannon McInnes and Paul Prior at First National Byron sits at $3.25m to $3.35m.

In October last year, when an offer was secured, the price guidance had been $2.75m to $3m. It was initially listed at $3.6m in early 2024 through another agency.
The property is still being offered with the potential to establish a new business or to enter into a rental arrangement/leaseback with Evans to continue operating the retreat.
The 7.9ha holding which operated as a $1750-a-weekend wellness retreat could accommodate up to 17 people which offers ice baths, red-light treatment, a float tank and an infra-red sauna.

Pete Evans has an impressive Byron Bay property portfolio and an impressive Mohawk.
The couple paid $1m for the Mount Warning Forest hideaway in 2020 through their company, Healthy Everyday.
Located 66km northwest of Byron Bay, Byrrill Creek’s last sale was a six-bedroom home on 42ha for $1.35m in early 2025.
The Evanses won’t be exiting the tiny enclave of just 40 properties as they have owned next door since 2021, when they spent $1.75m to secure the 72ha Gunjal estate with its five-bedroom home.
