Construction of a multimillion-dollar personal storage development at Glynde has commenced, offering buyers the chance to secure their own slice of luxury in an industrial pocket of Adelaide’s north-east.
Two of the seven units in the Sunbeam Mews project at 16-18 Sunbeam Rd are already sold ahead of an expected completion date in the first quarter of next year.

Leedwell Property’s Peter Gambranis said the units were suitable for a range of uses, including storage of high value cars, boats and other recreational vehicles, with the opportunity to personalise key features and finishes.
“Styled by well known Studio Nine Architects and being built by Pascale Construction, these units are not your typical warehouse,” he said.
“Finishes are of high quality, including some interesting options – one being a wine cellar holding 1000 bottles for the enthusiast.
“Sizes vary from approximately 150sq m to 170sq m plus 60sq m mezzanine, with prices in the early to high $1.3m range.”

Mr Gambranis said the location of the units, around 7km from the CBD and in proximity to Adelaide’s eastern suburbs, was likely to generate strong interest from buyers.
“Just 10-15 minutes from eastern suburbs such as Toorak Gardens, these personal storage units won’t last now construction has commenced.”
The units are for sale by private treaty.
